Getting married in NYC?

The legal part, simply

  • You get your marriage license yourselves from the NYC City Clerk, in person or online. The fee is $35.
  • You wait 24 hours before the ceremony, and the license is valid for 60 days.
  • You’ll need one witness at the ceremony.
  • Our New York–registered officiant marries you and guides you through the license paperwork.
